     13.63 Minneapolis employees retirement fund data. 

    Subdivision 1.    Beneficiary and survivor data.  The 
 following data on beneficiaries and survivors of Minneapolis 
 employees retirement fund members are private data on 
 individuals:  home address, date of birth, direct deposit 
 account number, and tax withholding data. 

    Subd. 2.    Limits on disclosure.  Required disclosure 
 of data about members, survivors, and beneficiaries is limited 
 to name, gross pension, and type of benefit awarded.
