1997 Minnesota Statutes

     124.63 National forest land funds, handling and 
  disposition.  

    Any county board may place the money, or any part thereof, 
 received by such county from the federal government for and on 
 account of any national forest lands situated therein into a 
 special fund to be disbursed and paid over to any district now 
 or hereafter maintaining and operating any school wholly or 
 partly within an area now or hereafter constituting a part of 
 any auxiliary or state forest.  Such action shall be taken by 
 the board by resolution duly adopted by it, which resolution 
 shall specify the terms and conditions under which this money 
 shall be so paid over and disbursed to any district.
