     115A.991 Litter grants. 


    The director may make grants to each county that has 
 included in its solid waste plan required in section 115A.46, or 
 its solid waste master plan required in section 473.803, 
 programs to prevent, control, or abate litter.  The director 
 shall establish eligibility criteria for grants including the 
 required level of matching funds from applicants.
