     103B.351 Commission oversight; report required. 

    The board shall, on or before January 15 of each year, 
 submit to the legislative water commission a written report on 
 the board's functions and the implementation of sections 
 103B.201 to 103B.355 since the previous report under this 
 section was submitted.  The report to the commission must 
 include the board's recommendations for changes to sections 
 103B.201 to 103B.355 and any recommendations for funding.  The 
 board shall also report to the commission at other times 
 requested by the commission.  The commission may make 
 recommendations to the legislature concerning the funding, 
 implementation, and amendment of sections 103B.201 to 103B.355.
