7855.0370 ESTIMATES OF INDUCED DEVELOPMENTS.

The applicant shall supply estimates of induced developments, including:

A.

the types and amounts of vehicular traffic that would be generated by the facility due to construction activity and, later, to operational needs;

B.

the work forces required for construction and for operation of the facility;

C.

the extent to which the facility would create or add to the need for expanded utility or public services, including high voltage transmission lines, access roads, and the like;

D.

the amount of water that would be appropriated and the amount that would be consumed by the facility, the expected source of the water, and the uses for the water;

E.

the amount of agricultural land, including pasture land, that would be removed from agricultural use if the facility were constructed, and known circumstances associated with the facility that could lead to reduced productivity of surrounding agricultural land; and

F.

the number of people that would have to relocate if the facility were constructed.
