7853.0320 FORECAST DATA.

Each applicant for a large LPG storage facility shall provide answers to the questions below, unless previously submitted to the agency pursuant to chapter 7610, in which case a copy of such submission may be incorporated into the application to satisfy the requirements of this rule.

What are the applicant's projected storage capacity requirements, during the next five years, for the type of petroleum products that would be stored in the proposed facility?

B.

What impact, if any, would the proposed facility have upon the applicant's ability to manage its inventory and supply its customers during the next five years, compared to its current situation?

C.

What impact, if any, would the proposed facility have upon the applicant's annual throughput or its ability to maintain current throughput levels during the next five years?

D.

What specific assumptions are made by the applicant for the next five years concerning supply of the types of petroleum products that would be stored in the proposed facility?
