7080.2440 COLLECTION SYSTEMS.

Collection of greater than 2,500 gallons per day of sewage from multiple buildings or multiple other establishments discharging into an ISTS must be:

A.

according to the Prescriptive Designs and Design Guidance for Advanced Designers, incorporated by reference under part 7080.1550, subpart 2; or

B.

designed by a Minnesota licensed professional engineer.
