7011.9930 INCORPORATION BY REFERENCE; EMISSION STANDARDS; BENZENE.

The following national emission standards for hazardous air pollutants are incorporated by reference:

Code of Federal Regulations, title 40, part 61, subpart J, as amended, entitled "National Emission Standard for Equipment Leaks (Fugitive Emission Sources) of Benzene," except that the authorities identified in Code of Federal Regulations, title 40, section 61.112(c), are not delegated to the commissioner and are retained by the administrator;

B.

Code of Federal Regulations, title 40, part 61, subpart L, as amended, entitled "National Emission Standard for Benzene Emissions from Coke By-Product Recovery Plants";

C.

Code of Federal Regulations, title 40, part 61, subpart Y, as amended, entitled "National Emission Standard for Benzene Emissions from Benzene Storage Vessels";

D.

Code of Federal Regulations, title 40, part 61, subpart BB, as amended, entitled "National Emission Standard for Benzene Emissions from Benzene Transfer Operations"; and

E.

Code of Federal Regulations, title 40, part 61, subpart FF, as amended, entitled "National Emission Standard for Benzene Waste Operations."
