4620.3708 TRAINING COURSE DIPLOMAS.

If a training course is permitted under part 4620.3704, the training course provider must ensure that each enrollee who successfully completes the training course receives an original diploma which:

A.

meets the requirements of Code of Federal Regulations, title 40, chapter I, subchapter R, part 763, subpart E, appendix C, section I, part C, paragraph (1), as amended through February 3, 1994;

B.

indicates the location of the course; and

C.

clearly states: "Approved by the State of Minnesota under Minnesota Rules, parts 4620.3702 to 4620.3722."
