2400.3145 SIGN PERMIT APPLICATION.

Applications for sign permits must be submitted in writing to the zoning administrator. Each application must contain:

A.

the name and address of the applicant and the location at which any signs are to be erected, including the lot, block, and addition, and the street on which they are to front; and

B.

a complete set of plans showing the necessary elevations, distances, size, and other details to fully and clearly represent the construction and placement of the display structure.

The zoning administrator must issue a sign permit provided that plans conform to parts 2400.2900 to 2400.2940.
