9570.3200 DESIGN AND EQUIPAGE OF LIVING AREAS.

The design, construction, and furnishing of resident living areas shall:

A.

be consistent with the developmental levels and programmatic needs of the resident;

B.

simulate the arrangements of a family home;

C.

provide for adequate space and equipment to carry out the program's expressed functions and activities; and

D.

assure continued compliance with all applicable state and local fire, safety, sanitation, building, and zoning regulations.
