9570.2800 ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATION.

Policies and procedures pertaining to the program's administrative organization shall:

A.

specify its philosophy, purpose, and goals, making them available to all interested parties;

B.

define its organizational structure;

C.

have available documentary evidence of its source of operating authority;

D.

provide for the sound management of all facets of the facility's operations for which a qualified person designated as director is responsible; and

E.

ensure that the facility's operations are organized and managed in a manner appropriate to the program needs of the residents.
