9055.0410 SUBSISTENCE - SANITATION SERVICE.

A.

The commissioner must provide subsistence assistance to eligible recipients for sanitation services.

B.

Benefits under this part are limited to:

(1)

monthly recurring charges for trash and recycling; and

(2)

nonrecurring charges for the removal of additional trash or large unwanted items.
