9055.0130 COMMISSIONER'S TECHNICAL STAFF.

Subpart 1.

Definition.

"Commissioner's technical staff" means those persons whose primary job duties are those detailed in Minnesota Statutes, section 196.05.

Subp. 2.

Requirements.

Individuals on the commissioner's technical staff must have the same qualifications as the commissioner, as outlined in Minnesota Statutes, section 196.02, subdivision 1.
