8820.1900 TOWN ALLOTMENTS.

The commissioner shall authorize payment of the amount requested for distribution by the county for constructing town roads:

A.

upon receipt of a certified copy of a county board resolution allocating a specific amount of the county state-aid construction funds for aid to the county's towns;

B.

upon showing compliance with the law governing these allocations; and

C.

upon forwarding the resolution to the commissioner on or before the second Tuesday in January of each year.
