8410.0050 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY.

Each plan shall have a section entitled "Executive Summary." The summary must include:

A.

the purpose of the watershed management organization;

B.

a map of the organization;

C.

the primary issues addressed in the plan;

D.

the main goals in the plan;

E.

the major actions in the plan; and

F.

the responsibilities of local governments related to implementation of the plan including any changes in responsibilities from the previous plan.
