The judicial ballot must only be used when it is not possible to place all offices on a single ballot for the state general election as provided in Minnesota Statutes, section 204D.11, subdivision 6. The ballot for judicial nonpartisan offices must be prepared in the same manner as the state general election ballot, except the ballot heading provided in part 8250.1810, subpart 3, must instead use the words "Judicial Nonpartisan General Election Ballot."
