8230.1150 PROCEDURES FOLLOWING CLOSE OF POLLS.

Subpart 1.

Ballots not issued, secured.

All ballots which are not issued to voters must be secured for return to the official in charge of the election for the election jurisdiction.

Subp. 3.

Total number of voters.

The total number of voters, determined pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, section 204C.20, subdivision 1, must be entered on the summary statement.
