7870.0350 CLASS A AND B LICENSE APPLICATION DISCLOSURES.
An applicant for a Class A or B license in its disclosures must:
A.
Provide disclosures in printed or typewritten form on 8-1/2 by 11 inch paper. Immediately preceding each response, an applicant must restate what disclosure is sought. Any attachments or exhibits must be lettered or numbered separately. An applicant must provide photographs of any three-dimensional exhibits.
B.
Make its best effort, as defined in part 7870.0030, item E, to provide all information required to be disclosed.
D.
Upon request of the commission or its agents, provide copies of any documents used in the preparation of its application.
