7870.0290 DISCLOSURE OF ECONOMIC IMPACT.

An applicant for a Class B license must disclose the economic impact of its sponsorship and management of horse racing, including:

A.

employment created, including specifics as to number of jobs, permanent or temporary, type of work, compensation, employer, and how created;

B.

purchases of goods and services, including specifics as to money amounts and types of purchases; and

C.

tax revenues generated.
