7858.0200 STATEMENT OF ODDS.

In any instant ticket lottery game conducted by the lottery in which a noncash prize may be awarded and the odds are stated on the back of the ticket, the statement of odds on the ticket must provide a statement of:

A.

the odds of winning a cash prize expressly indicating that the odds are those for winning a cash prize;

B.

the overall odds of winning a cash prize or a noncash prize associated with the game and a statement expressly indicating that those are the odds stated for winning a cash or noncash prize; or

C.

the odds of winning a cash prize and a statement of the overall odds of winning a prize associated with the game, expressly indicating that the odds are those for winning a cash prize, and expressly indicating the overall odds of winning a prize.
