7855.0470 ESTIMATES OF INDUCED DEVELOPMENTS.

The applicant shall provide estimates of induced developments, including:

A.

the extent to which the facility would create or add to the need for expanded utility or public services;

B.

the work force required for construction and for operation of the facility;

C.

the amount of water which would be appropriated and the amount that would be consumed by the facility, the expected source of the water, and the uses for the water;

D.

a discussion of the effects on agricultural operations, including the number of farms and the number of acres of cropland and pasture land that would be affected by construction of the pipeline, the number of drainage ditches that would be affected, and the efforts that would be used to mitigate effects on production (e.g., segregating topsoil, avoiding soil compaction, providing adequate depth of cover); and

E.

the number of people who would have to relocate if the facility were constructed.
