7810.8700 OTHER RATE CHANGE NOTICE.

A notice for a rate change other than a general rate change must include:

A.

a petition as prescribed in part 7810.8705;

B.

tariff and price list information prescribed in part 7810.8400; and

C.

the informational requirements in the applicable part of parts 7810.8710 to 7810.8760.
