7810.8655 NOTICE.

An interim rate change notice must include:

A.

an interim rate petition as prescribed in part 7810.8660;

B.

tariff and price list information as prescribed in part 7810.8400, subpart 1;

C.

the informational requirements in parts 7810.8665 to 7810.8690; and

D.

supporting workpapers showing the development of the interim rate exhibits and proposed interim rates.
