7530.0800 CONSENT ORDER.
An executed consent order must contain:
§
B.
waiver of further procedural steps and of all right to seek judicial or administrative review or otherwise challenge or contest the validity of the consent order;
§
C.
agreement that the warning letter or notice of probable violation may be used to construe the terms of the consent order; and
§
D.
a description of the actions required of the pipeline operator and the time by which the actions must be accomplished.
