Subpart 1.

International Fire Code.

For purposes of this chapter, "IFC" means the 2006 edition of the International Fire Code as promulgated by the International Code Council, Inc., Falls Church, Virginia. The IFC is incorporated by reference and made a part of Minnesota Rules pursuant to statutory authority, subject to the alterations and amendments in this chapter. Portions of this chapter reproduce text and tables from the IFC. The IFC is not subject to frequent change and is available at the office of the commissioner of the Department of Labor and Industry and at the State Law Library, 25 Rev. For purposes of this chapter, "NFPA 58" means the National Fire Protection Association Standard Number 58, Standard for the Storage and Handling of Liquefied Petroleum Gases, 2011 Edition, as promulgated by the National Fire Protection Association, Quincy, Massachusetts. The NFPA 58, 2011 Edition, is incorporated by reference and made part of Minnesota Rules pursuant to statutory authority, subject to alterations and amendments in this chapter. The NFPA 58 is not subject to frequent change and is available at the Department of Labor and Industry and at the State Law Library, 25 Rev.
