7416.0200 PISTOL TRANSFEREE PERMIT.
A pistol transferee permit must be issued on a form entitled "Minnesota State Permit to Acquire Handguns From Federal Firearms Dealers." A facsimile of the form is reproduced at part 7416.9940.
