7410.6300 COMMISSIONER'S LETTER OF APPROVAL.

A.

Upon approval, the commissioner shall issue a letter of approval to designate a third-party testing program.

B.

The letter of approval must specify the state law and rules and federal regulations authorizing the third-party testing program to administer tests.

C.

The letter of approval must specify the road tests and skills tests the program is authorized to administer.

D.

The letter of approval constitutes an agreement between the state and the third-party testing program administering road tests for a commercial driver's license or a motorcycle endorsement.
