7400.3700 REGISTRAR'S DECISION; CONTENT.

The registrar's decision and order must contain, among other things, the following:

A.

a caption that includes the proposed action and the name and dealer license number of the dealer;

B.

findings of fact and conclusions on the material issues;

C.

the action taken by the registrar; and

D.

when the license has been revoked without a hearing, notice of any rights that the dealer may have to a postrevocation hearing.
