7380.0285 OTHER FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE.

In addition to the loans provided in parts 7380.0265 to 7380.0275 and the supplemental assistance provided in part 7380.0280, the authority may provide other forms of financial assistance as provided in the act and in Minnesota Statutes, section 446A.081, subdivision 9. The authority shall determine when other forms of financial assistance are appropriate based on existing financial conditions, the impact on the drinking water revolving fund, the financial capacity of the borrower, and the advantages to the borrower in using one form of financing as opposed to another form.
