7200.3610 RELICENSURE FOLLOWING TERMINATION.

Subpart 1.

Relicensure requirements.

A former licensee whose license has been voluntarily terminated or terminated as provided in part 7200.3510, subpart 2, may be relicensed after complying with all laws and rules required of applicants for examination and licensure and verifying that the former licensee has not engaged in the practice of psychology in this state since the date of termination, except according to the exemptions from licensure in Minnesota Statutes, section 148.96, subdivision 3. The verification must be accompanied by an affirmation that the statement is true and correct to the best knowledge and belief of the former licensee. The fee for relicensure following termination is the licensure fee in effect at the time of application for relicensure, and statutes and rules governing relicensure are the statutes and rules in effect at the time the initial license was granted.
