7190.0001 DEFINITIONS.

Subpart 1.

Scope.

The terms used in this chapter have the meanings given them in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 115B, and in this part.

Subp. 2.

Subp. 3.

Days.

"Days" means calendar days.

Subp. 4.

Staff.

"Staff" means a staff member of the Pollution Control Agency.
