Subpart 1.

Scope.

For purposes of this chapter, the documents in subpart 2 are incorporated by reference. These documents are not subject to frequent change. They can be found at the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency Library, 520 Lafayette Road, Saint Paul, Minnesota 55155, or through the Minitex interlibrary loan system.
