7050.0325 PROCEDURES FOR MULTIPLE CONTROL DOCUMENTS.

Items A and B apply to proposed activities requiring more than one control document:

A.

when the proposed activity requires compliance with standards in both parts 7050.0265 and 7050.0270, the commissioner shall require procedures for which standards in part 7050.0265 apply; and

B.

when the proposed activity requires compliance with standards in part 7050.0265 and is subject to more than one procedure, only the procedure that is most protective of existing water quality, as specified by the commissioner, is required.
