7048.1100 FEES.

Subpart 1.

Schedule of fees.

Fees for certification shall be as follows:

A.

application examination, $15;

B.

issuance of certificate, $15;

C.

reexamination from failure to pass an examination, $15;

D.

renewal of certificate, $15;

E.

replacement certificate, $5; and

F.

reinstatement or reciprocity certificate, $30.

Subp. 2.

Refund of fees.

The agency commissioner shall return fees received only from individuals who are rejected for examination.
