7045.0835 USED OIL CONTAINING PCBS.

A.

In addition to the requirements of parts 7045.0790 to 7045.0990, marketers and burners of used oil who market used oil containing at least two ppm PCBs are subject to the requirements of Code of Federal Regulations, title 40, section 761.20(e), as amended.

B.

Used oil containing at least 50 ppm PCBs is subject to the requirements of part 7045.0135, subpart 5.
