7037.0900 PROHIBITED AREAS FOR LAND TREATMENT SITES.

Land treatment sites are prohibited in the following areas:

A.

a ten-year floodplain;

B.

within 200 feet of an intermittent stream, drainage ditch, or tile drain inlet or the ordinary high water level of a stream, river, lake, pond, wetland, or flowage;

C.

within 200 feet from a sinkhole, exposed bedrock, or known underground cave;

D.

within 200 feet from any private water supply well or 1,000 feet from any public water supply well;

E.

within 200 feet from a place of habitation, unless written permission to spread soil closer is obtained from the owner of the place of habitation, or 500 feet from a residential development or recreational area; and

F.

within 200 feet from property lines, unless written permission to spread soil closer is obtained from the adjacent land owner.
