7035.2575 OPERATING RECORD.

Subpart 1.

Record requirement.

The owner or operator must keep a written operating record at the facility, as specified in subpart 2.

Subp. 2.

Record information.

The owner or operator of a solid waste management facility must record and maintain the following information in the operating record for a minimum of five years after closure of the facility or until any pending enforcement action is resolved:

A.

The amount by volume or weight of mixed municipal solid waste received for each day, the management techniques used, and the date received. The amount of waste received may be reported by weight, if the facility design includes scales for this purpose.

B.

The amount and description of industrial solid waste received each day, the generator's name, the point of generation, the method of handling, and the date received. The record must list separately the amount of each type of waste received.

C.

For land disposal facilities, the location, including the horizontal and vertical dimension in the phase, and quantity of industrial solid waste received in quantities greater than ten cubic yards at a time.

D.

Summary reports and details of incidents that require implementing the contingency plan specified in part 7035.2615, subpart 3.

E.

Records and results of inspections required by part 7035.2535, subpart 4.

F.

Monitoring, testing, or analytical data required by parts 7035.2815 to 7035.2875.

G.

For a municipal solid waste combustor ash land disposal facility, the amount by volume or weight of municipal solid waste combustor ash received for each day from each ash generator which delivers ash to the facility, and the date received.
