7011.7940 INCORPORATION BY REFERENCE; EMISSION STANDARDS; ASPHALT PROCESSING AND ASPHALT ROOFING MANUFACTURING.

The following national emission standards for hazardous air pollutants are incorporated by reference:

A.

Code of Federal Regulations, title 40, part 63, subpart LLLLL, as amended, entitled "National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants: Asphalt Processing and Asphalt Roofing Manufacturing"; and

B.

Code of Federal Regulations, title 40, part 63, subpart AAAAAAA, as amended, entitled "National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for Area Sources: Asphalt Processing and Asphalt Roofing Manufacturing."
