The following national emission standards for hazardous air pollutants are incorporated by reference:

A.

Code of Federal Regulations, title 40, part 63, subpart KKKKK, as amended, entitled "National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for Clay Ceramics Manufacturing"; and

B.

Code of Federal Regulations, title 40, part 63, subpart RRRRRR, as amended, entitled "National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for Clay Ceramics Manufacturing Area Sources."
