7011.7600 INCORPORATION BY REFERENCE; EMISSION STANDARDS; PHOSPHORIC ACID MANUFACTURING AND PHOSPHATE FERTILIZERS PRODUCTION.

The following national emission standards for hazardous air pollutants are incorporated by reference:

A.

Code of Federal Regulations, title 40, part 63, subpart AA, as amended, entitled "National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants from Phosphoric Acid Manufacturing Plants"; and

B.

Code of Federal Regulations, title 40, part 63, subpart BB, as amended, entitled "National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants from Phosphate Fertilizers Production Plants."
