7011.7290 INCORPORATION BY REFERENCE; EMISSION STANDARDS; OIL AND NATURAL GAS PRODUCTION, TRANSMISSION, AND STORAGE.

The following national emission standards for hazardous air pollutants are incorporated by reference:

A.

Code of Federal Regulations, title 40, part 63, subpart HH, as amended, entitled "National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants From Oil and Natural Gas Production Facilities"; and

B.

Code of Federal Regulations, title 40, part 63, subpart HHH, as amended, entitled "National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants From Natural Gas Transmission and Storage Facilities."
