7011.7180 GASOLINE DISTRIBUTION.

Code of Federal Regulations, title 40, part 63, subpart R, as amended, entitled "National Emission Standards for Gasoline Distribution Facilities (Bulk Gasoline Terminals and Pipeline Breakout Stations)," is adopted and incorporated by reference, except that the authorities identified in section 63.429(c) are not delegated to the commissioner and are retained by the administrator.
