7011.2020 INCORPORATION BY REFERENCE; NEW SOURCE PERFORMANCE STANDARDS; STEEL PLANTS.

The following new source performance standards are incorporated by reference:

A.

Code of Federal Regulations, title 40, part 60, subpart N, as amended, entitled "Standards of Performance for Primary Emissions from Basic Oxygen Process Furnaces for Which Construction is Commenced After June 11, 1973";

B.

Code of Federal Regulations, title 40, part 60, subpart Na, as amended, entitled "Standards of Performance for Secondary Emissions from Basic Oxygen Process Steelmaking Facilities for Which Construction is Commenced After January 20, 1983";

C.

Code of Federal Regulations, title 40, part 60, subpart AA, as amended, entitled "Standards of Performance for Steel Plants: Electric Arc Furnaces Constructed After October 21, 1974 and On or Before August 17, 1983"; and

D.
