7011.1730 INCORPORATION BY REFERENCE; NEW SOURCE PERFORMANCE STANDARDS; NITRIC ACID PLANTS.

The following new source performance standards are incorporated by reference:

A.

Code of Federal Regulations, title 40, part 60, subpart G, as amended, entitled "Standards of Performance for Nitric Acid Plants"; and

B.

Code of Federal Regulations, title 40, part 60, subpart Ga, as amended, entitled "Standards of Performance for Nitric Acid Plants for Which Construction, Reconstruction, or Modification Commenced After October 14, 2011."
