7011.1720 PERFORMANCE TEST METHODS.

Unless another method is approved by the commissioner, any person required to submit performance tests for a nitric acid production unit shall utilize the following test methods:

A.

Method 1 for sample and velocity traverses;

B.

Method 2 for velocity and volumetric flow rate;

C.

Method 3 for gas analysis; and

D.

Method 7 for the concentration of NO₂.
