7011.1350 INCORPORATION BY REFERENCE; NEW SOURCE PERFORMANCE STANDARDS; SEWAGE SLUDGE INCINERATORS.

Subpart 1.

Incorporation by reference.

The following new source performance standards are incorporated by reference:

A.

Code of Federal Regulations, title 40, part 60, subpart O, as amended, entitled "Standards of Performance for Sewage Treatment Plants," is incorporated by reference; and

B.

Code of Federal Regulations, title 40, part 60, subpart LLLL, as amended, entitled "Standards of Performance for New Sewage Sludge Incineration Units," is incorporated by reference.

Subp. 2.

Exceeding emission limits.

Owners and operators of a new sewage sludge incineration unit must comply with part 7011.1340.
