7011.1291 INCORPORATION BY REFERENCE OF NEW SOURCE PERFORMANCE STANDARD FOR NEW LARGE MUNICIPAL WASTE COMBUSTORS.

Subpart 1.

Incorporation by reference.

Code of Federal Regulations, title 40, part 60, subpart Eb, as amended, entitled "Standards of Performance for Large Municipal Waste Combustors for Which Construction is Commenced After September 20, 1994 or for Which Modification or Reconstruction is Commenced After June 19, 1996" is incorporated by reference, except that decisions made by the administrator under Code of Federal Regulations, title 40, section 60.50b(n), are not delegated to the commissioner and must be made by the administrator.

Subp. 2.

Exceedance of emission limits.

Owners and operators of a new large municipal waste combustor must comply with part 7011.1340.
