7011.1220 PROHIBITIONS.

Subpart 1.

Prohibited waste combustors.

No person shall operate a Class IV waste combustor unless that waste combustor is:

A.

a waste combustor located at a hospital;

B.

a crematorium, pathological waste combustor, or waste combustor used solely for the disposal of animal carcasses; or

C.

a metals recovery incinerator.

Subp. 2.

Solid wastes requiring special approval.

No waste combustor shall combust yard waste or tires unless specifically allowed to do so in the air emission permit for the waste combustor.
