7011.1130 PERFORMANCE TEST METHOD.

Unless another method is approved by the commissioner, an owner or operator required to submit performance tests for coal handling facilities must use the following test methods to demonstrate compliance:

A.

Method 1 for sample and velocity traverses;

B.

Method 5 for the concentration of filterable particulate material and moisture content;

C.

Method 9 for the visual determination of the opacity of emission from stationary sources.
